LCBA is an established local advocacy group working with Chinese businesses and community organisations based in Merseyside whose main focus is to enhance local business and social enterprise competitiveness by actively influencing decisions and policy by public, business and community sectors.

Our aim is to promote the mutual interests of these organisations which can benefit from our services by creating a favourable economic and legislative climate for business services and encouraging competitiveness within the sector. We will achieve this through:

• Promoting the development of our business services sector and encouraging an increased use of business services within relevant markets.
• Highlighting the importance of quality in service provision and promoting high ethical and professional standards in our sector.
• Taking a leading role in policy formation for our sector, influencing legislation and policy development in the UK and Europe. Enhancing the profile and standing of partnership organisations.
• Improving competitiveness, quality and efficiency within our sector.
• Providing a key source of business information for our members.
• Providing a forum for policy debate with other sectors and organisations.
